Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Revnio.in (“Revnio,” “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Revnio.

1. Who we are

Revnio is an AI-powered reputation management and review collection platform for local businesses, operated by the Revnio team based in India.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind a business you represent. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The business information you provide is accurate
• You have permission to act on behalf of the business
• You will keep your account credentials secure

3. Your account

You access Revnio via Google sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at info@revnio.in immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit fake reviews, fake feedback, or fake business information
• Use Revnio to manipulate Google's review system in violation of Google's policies
• Generate AI reply drafts that include harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content
• Resell, sublicense, or expose Revnio's APIs to third parties without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical limitations
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Upload menu items, business names, or business details that infringe trademarks or copyrights
• Operate adult content, gambling services, or activities prohibited under Indian law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Customer reviews and feedback

When customers scan your Revnio QR codes, the resulting Google reviews are written by the customer (often using AI-generated suggestions we provide). You are responsible for ensuring your customers know reviews are being collected via Revnio — typically by placing a clear note alongside the QR code.

Private feedback collected through Revnio is delivered to you and is not shared publicly. You agree to handle customer feedback ethically and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. AI-generated content

Revnio uses third-party AI models (Groq) to generate review suggestions and reply drafts. AI-generated text is provided “as is” and may occasionally:

• Contain factual inaccuracies about your business
• Misrepresent dish names, prices, or services
• Produce grammatically unusual phrasings

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published. Revnio is not liable for content posted to Google or any third-party platform via the Service.

7. Pricing and payments

Beta period (current). During our 30-day beta, Revnio is provided free of charge. No credit card is required. Plan limits may apply.

Subscription plans (future). After the beta, Revnio offers a Starter plan at ₹499 per month. Plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers' rates are protected until renewal.

Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is soft (30-day recovery window), then permanent.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay charges. We will give reasonable notice except in cases of serious misconduct.

9. Intellectual property

• Your content. You retain all rights to your business name, menu, logo, and content you upload. You grant Revnio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely to operate the Service for you.
• Our service. Revnio's software, logos, designs, and brand are owned by Revnio. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
• AI output. Review suggestions and reply drafts generated by AI are provided to you for your use; we don't claim ownership.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues. We're not liable for downtime, lost reviews, or business impact resulting from service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Revnio is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Reviews collected via Revnio will be posted on Google
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate
• The Service will meet your business goals

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Revnio's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of:

• The total amount you paid to Revnio in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
• ₹5,000

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost reviews, lost reputation, lost revenue, or lost data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revnio harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload (menu items, business info, etc.)
• Your business operations
• Your failure to disclose Revnio usage to your customers

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by emailing info@revnio.in.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date and notify active subscribers by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
